We thought it was time to address an issue that seems to crop up now and then. Our store front appears to cause some confusion online when the opening times are listed as being open 24 hours. Unfortunately services such as Google and Bing do not allow an easy way for us to note this on our business profiles.
What does open 24 hours mean for Wynns Locksmiths?
When our opening hours are refereed to as being 24 hours this is in regards to our mobile emergency locksmith services. Our team of qualified and professional locksmiths take turns being on call to assist with any after hours emergencies.
These hardworking locksmiths make themselves available 24 hours, 7 days a week. This includes every public holiday – yes even Christmas.
We are not trying to mislead any of our existing or potentially new customers through our online listings. Unfortunately this has been highlighted as an issue. The fact we have a physical presence and don’t just run a mobile service has meant that we have appeared devious in our advertising to you. There are some locksmiths who purely run a mobile service and do not face this issue with their listings.
We hope that you can understand that if our listing only reflected our store opening hours this would alter the effectiveness of our online advertising, of our 24 hour mobile locksmith service.
When is your store open?
Our store and workshop which are located at 110 Bell St, Preston, 3072 are open Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm. We are also open on Saturday 9:00am – 1:00pm.
During these hours we are available to assist with any questions you might have regarding security for your home or business. We are able to cut keys on the spot and have a dedicated automotive department. They are able to assist with your car key enquiries. There is a wide range of products available in-store to help you secure your property.
